1. General Policy
Planet Hustle Korea Co., Ltd. sells tickets and reservations for events and entertainment services through www.planethustle.com.
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to this policy, any applicable event-specific conditions, and Korean consumer protection laws.
2. Full Refunds
Customers may cancel their tickets and receive a 100% refund, including service fees, up to 7 days (168 hours) before the scheduled event start time.
All cancellation deadlines are calculated using Korean Standard Time (KST).
3. Cancellations Within 7 Days
For cancellations requested less than 7 days before the scheduled event start time, refunds will be determined according to applicable Korean consumer protection laws, relevant consumer dispute resolution standards, and any cancellation conditions properly disclosed before purchase.
Customers should contact Planet Hustle as soon as possible to request cancellation.
4. Event Cancellation or Changes
If Planet Hustle cancels an event, customers will receive a full refund of the amount paid, including service fees.
For significant changes to an event's date, venue, or advertised services, customers may request cancellation and any refund or other remedy available under applicable law.
5. Missed Events and Used Tickets
Tickets that have already been used or events that customers fail to attend may be ineligible for refunds, except where required by applicable law.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible, within applicable legal deadlines.
The time required for refunded amounts to appear in a customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or card issuer.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email info@planethustle.com with the event name, booking number, purchaser's name, and purchase email address.
The cancellation request time is determined by when Planet Hustle receives the request.

취소 및 환불 규정

제1조 (기본 원칙)
주식회사 플래닛 허슬 코리아는 www.planethustle.com을 통해 행사 및 엔터테인먼트 관련 티켓과 예약 서비스를 판매합니다.
취소 및 환불은 본 규정, 행사별 적용 조건 및 대한민국 소비자 보호 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.
제2조 (전액 환불)
고객은 행사 시작 예정 시각으로부터 7일(168시간) 전까지 티켓 구매를 취소할 경우, 서비스 수수료를 포함한 총 결제 금액의 100%를 환불받을 수 있습니다.
모든 취소 기한은 한국 표준시(KST)를 기준으로 계산합니다.
제3조 (행사 시작 7일 이내 취소)
행사 시작 예정 시각까지 7일 미만 남은 시점에 취소를 요청하는 경우, 관련 소비자 보호 법령, 소비자분쟁해결기준 및 구매 전 적법하게 고지된 취소 조건에 따라 환불 여부와 금액을 결정합니다.
취소를 원하는 고객은 가능한 한 신속하게 회사에 문의해야 합니다.
제4조 (행사 취소 및 변경)
회사의 사정으로 행사가 취소되는 경우 서비스 수수료를 포함한 총 결제 금액을 전액 환불합니다.
행사 일시, 장소 또는 사전에 안내된 주요 서비스에 중대한 변경이 있는 경우, 고객은 관련 법령에 따른 취소, 환불 또는 기타 구제 조치를 요청할 수 있습니다.
제5조 (미참석 및 사용 완료 티켓)
이미 사용한 티켓 또는 고객의 미참석으로 종료된 행사에 대한 환불은 제한될 수 있습니다. 단, 관계 법령에 따라 환불 의무가 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
제6조 (환불 처리)
승인된 환불은 가능한 경우 최초 결제수단을 통해 관계 법령에서 정한 기한 내에 처리합니다.
결제대행사 또는 카드사의 처리 절차에 따라 실제 환불 금액이 고객 계좌나 카드 명세서에 반영되기까지 추가 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
제7조 (취소 및 환불 신청 방법)
취소 또는 환불을 요청하려면 행사명, 예약번호, 구매자 이름 및 구매 시 사용한 이메일 주소를 기재하여 info@planethustle.com으로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
취소 요청 시점은 회사가 해당 요청을 수신한 시간을 기준으로 합니다.
