1. About Us
Planet Hustle (www.planethustle.com) is operated by Planet Hustle Korea Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," or "us"). The website provides information about events, entertainment, and related services, including online event ticket reservations and purchases.
2. Using Our Website
Customers agree to provide accurate information when making reservations or purchases. Users must not engage in fraudulent transactions, interfere with website operations, or misuse other customers' information.
3. Tickets and Reservations
Event descriptions, dates, locations, prices, included services, and applicable conditions are provided on each event page.
A ticket purchase is confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and the booking confirmation has been issued. Customers are responsible for reviewing event information before purchasing.
4. Payments
All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout, currently Korean won (KRW). Online card payments are processed through KG Inicis and the website's applicable payment integration.
The final amount, including any applicable service fees, is displayed before payment authorization.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our published Refund & Cancellation Policy, any clearly disclosed event-specific conditions, and applicable Korean consumer protection laws.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights protected by mandatory law.
6. Event Changes
The Company may change event details when reasonably necessary due to safety, operational circumstances, or events beyond its control.
Customers will be informed of significant changes where reasonably possible. Applicable refunds will be provided according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Korean law.

제2조 (웹사이트 이용)
이용자는 예약 및 구매 시 정확한 정보를 제공해야 합니다. 허위 결제, 웹사이트 운영 방해, 타인의 개인정보 부정 이용 등의 행위는 금지됩니다.
제3조 (티켓 및 예약)
행사명, 일시, 장소, 가격, 제공 서비스 및 기타 이용 조건은 각 행사 상세 페이지에 안내됩니다.
결제가 정상적으로 완료되고 예약 확인이 발급되면 티켓 구매가 확정됩니다. 이용자는 구매 전 행사 관련 정보를 확인해야 합니다.
제4조 (결제)
결제는 결제 화면에 표시된 통화로 진행되며, 현재 원화(KRW)를 기준으로 합니다. 온라인 카드 결제는 KG이니시스 및 웹사이트에 적용된 결제 연동 서비스를 통해 처리됩니다.
서비스 수수료 등 추가 비용이 발생하는 경우 최종 결제 승인 전에 총 결제 금액을 안내합니다.
제5조 (취소 및 환불)
취소 및 환불은 회사의 취소 및 환불 규정, 사전에 명확히 고지된 행사별 조건 및 관련 소비자 보호 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.
본 약관은 관계 법령에서 보장하는 소비자의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
제6조 (행사 변경)
회사는 안전, 운영상 사정 또는 불가항력적인 사유로 필요한 경우 행사 내용을 변경할 수 있습니다.
중요한 변경 사항은 가능한 범위에서 사전에 안내하며, 환불은 취소 및 환불 규정 및 관계 법령에 따라 처리합니다.
